To begin, prepare your space and balance energy. Begin envisioning the situation(s) or scenario(s) you desire additional courage for.
Reflect on the reason why you are seeking courage. Is it because you are tired of not having a voice? Is it because you are sick of being afraid? Or perhaps you have all the courage you need to face your day, but by nightfall you feel drained and are seeking a boost. Once you are sure of the magic you seek, speak these words to claim that energy:
“From ground to sky let spirits fly,
